Our Coaches
Competitive Crew Coaching

There are two options for those who wish to row on coached racing teams. Participation in either program is an additional $15/month, payable with your monthly membership to ARC.

The competitive crews compete at ARC home regattas, travel to regattas within the Southeastern region, and regularly compete at major national regattas such as the Head of the Charles Regatta, the San Diego Crew Classic, and USRowing Masters National Championships.

The ARC Masters and Open Racing Team is designed for people who want to row at a competitive level and are willing to dedicate several days a week to training.

Participation is contingent upon meeting certain technical and fitness standards and requires the approval of the coach. Please contact the coach or the ARC office for more information on joining the ARC racing team.

The ARC Women's Crew is a team for novice and intermediate adult women of all ages. All ARC Women are welcome, whether they are recent ITR graduates, club or experienced rowers who are seeking a structured team experience. The goal is to help athletes develop their highest rowing potential, emphasizing fitness, technique, and camaraderie. This program may be a step towards rowing on the Masters Racing Team, but doesn't NEED to be. All are welcome.

ARC Members who are interested in learning more about either of these programs should contact Info@AustinRowing.org to be directed to the appropriate coach.
